# Becoming a full time carer

Thank you for your replies, I have also seen the private messages, am going to look into taking legal advice now. Thank you for recommending that I do this! I did redo my will last year and I then gave the solicitor a copy of my partners will along with a copy of the letter he had done with his son regarding the money, stating that £50,000 was a gift, and £50,000 was a loan to be repaid within a year, this was about 5 years ago!They did pay £10,000 back about a year ago but that’s it.
