Hi Ashar

Welcome to the forum. I hope you find our online community for carers useful.

You can book onto an upcoming Care for a Cuppa session here: Online meetups | Carers UK

There is still space to join our Learn and Share webinar this Thursday at 3-4pm. The session will be on Creative Writing and Poetry and will be run by The Open Book Project Team, Goldsmith’s University. The previous session they ran went down a treat, so I highly recommend joining. No experience in creative writing is needed.

As a carer it’s important to take a little break and spend some time talking to people who understand what you’re going through. Now, this should be interesting and a lot of fun. This Thursday ( 2nd July) at 3pm, a music therapist is running a session on how you can use music in your caring. We’ll be discussing how music can be a useful resource, as well as some of your favourite music, and I think we’ll even attempt to create a melody at the end! To register your place, visit www.carersuk.org/cuppa and scroll to the bottom. Hope you can make it
