Unfortunately, I got the message to say that he is leaving me.
I got so distressed earlier, I had to ring the crisis team to get a referral. I’m now sat with them. So my relationship is over. I’m heartbroken.

I really feel your despair, I too am in a dark place caring for mom is breaking me. No support. If I wasn’t here then they would have to step in. Bet you feel the same. Sorry not much help. But I know where you’re coming from. What it’s like. But no idea how to sort it xxx
Hi Christine, it’s OK to say “I can’t do this any more”. Clearly mum now needs a team of carers to look after her 24/7. Start by asking for a Carers Assessment from Social Services. Is mum mentally infirm, physically infirm, or both? Do yo live with her in her home, or does she live in your home?
